Shipping Policy - Tokyo Card Station

2. Handling Time

  • Handling times may be extended during holiday periods.

3. Shipping Method

Japan Post / DHL / FedEx / UPS

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to destination customs or local conditions.
  • All orders are shipped using tracked shipping methods only, and a tracking number is provided for every order.
  • One transaction number is issued per order.
  • Orders with separate transaction numbers are shipped individually, each incurring its own shipping fee.
  • To combine items in one shipment, please place them in the same shopping cart at checkout.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping is calculated by package weight and destination, and the exact rate is shown at checkout before you complete your order. Approximate rates by destination, for shipments up to 3,500 g:

  • United States: $31.99-$54.99 USD
  • United Kingdom: £21.99-£40.99 GBP
  • Germany / Netherlands: €25.99-€51.99 EUR
  • Australia: $33.99-$76.99 AUD
  • Singapore: $40.99-$70.99 SGD
  • Shipments over 3,500 g cannot be completed at checkout. Please split the order into separate carts, or contact us at info@tokyocardstation.com for an individual quote.

5. Additional Charges (Customs, Taxes)

  • United States: Import duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so you will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.
  • Germany / Netherlands (EU): Import VAT and customs duties are not collected at checkout. Since 1 July 2026 the EU no longer applies a duty-free threshold, and a simplified customs duty (currently €3 per item for consignments valued at €150 or less) applies in addition to import VAT. These charges, together with the carrier's handling fee, are billed to you by customs or the carrier on delivery.
  • United Kingdom / Australia: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not collected at checkout. Depending on your country's regulations, you may be charged these fees by customs or the carrier upon delivery.
  • Singapore: Trading cards are not subject to import duty in Singapore. GST is not collected at checkout. Orders valued above S$400 may be charged 9% GST by Singapore Customs on import.
  • Except where stated above, Tokyo Card Station is not responsible for these charges.

6. Returned Shipments

Shipments may be returned due to customs issues, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address. In such cases:

  • We will notify you that the package has been returned.
  • Reshipment: Original shipping plus reshipping fees are payable by the customer.
  • Refund: If you opt for a refund, original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
  • Any carrier fees incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility.
