Return Policy (Tokyo Card Station)

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Pre-order items are not eligible for this 14-day policy.


Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Email Address to request a return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal-care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before returning.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note your bank or credit-card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
